The project is based on fault prediction and health management, reliability centered maintenance and condition based maintenance methods. Through the application of internet of things, industrial big data and other technologies, effective exploration and practice have been carried out for the transformation of maintenance mode from planned maintenance to condition based maintenance.

In the field of energy consumption control and equipment operation and maintenance system, the project proposes the combination of management energy conservation, technical energy conservation and operation and maintenance optimization, advocates the mode of joint promotion of management energy conservation and technical energy conservation according to the energy conservation optimization system, and uses supporting software and hardware to reduce the investment cost of energy conservation.
