Oil impregnated paper bushing (OIP)

The OIP bushing is made of insulating paper and aluminum foil alternately wound on the conductive pipe (rod) according to the design requirements. The capacitive core is installed in the upper and lower porcelain sleeves (or composite hollow insulators) connected together through the connecting flange, and then the transformer oil is injected under vacuum to realize insulation. Since the company made the first oil paper capacitive bushing in China in 1958, it started technology introduction, understood and mastered the foreign process manufacturing technology of oil paper insulation products, thus forming its own proprietary process manufacturing technology, making the technical parameters and index level of bushing reach the first-class level of foreign similar advanced products. Resin-impregnated paper bushing (RIP)

The main insulation of RIP bushing is the resin-impregnated paper capacitor core, which is alternately wound on the conductive pipe (rod) with insulating paper and aluminum foil according to the design requirements, impregnated with epoxy resin mixture under vacuum and cured at high temperature. The capacitor core is sealed and assembled into the dry type RIP bushing through the connecting flange and porcelain sleeve (or composite hollow insulator).This kind of casing truly realizes dry and oil-free. Since its invention in 1960, it has been widely used in Europe, America, Japan and other countries with its unparalleled advantages of OIP bushing. Resin impregnated fiber bushing (RIF)

The main insulation of the RIF bushing is the resin impregnated fiber dry capacitor core. The capacitor core is made of glass fiber with high insulation performance, impregnated with ultra-low viscosity high temperature resistant epoxy resin, wound and overlapped by microcomputer controlled winding equipment according to geodesic to form an insulation layer, and the capacitor screen is made of semiconductor conformal material. The insulating layer and the capacitor screen are alternately wound and arranged at intervals, and the pure solid capacitor core is made by high temperature curing. The connecting flange is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and glued with the capacitor core. The climbing umbrella skirt is bonded to the surface of the capacitor core by silicone rubber injection molding to form an organic whole with the capacitor core. Since its invention by the company in 2001, the product has won high praise from the majority of users for its advantages of small volume, light weight, maintenance free, high mechanical strength and safe and reliable operation. The application has increased year by year. At present, the cumulative operation has reached more than 100,000 pieces.


Low voltage porcelain bushing

The structure mainly comprises a porcelain sleeve, a flange and a current carrying conductor. The porcelain sleeve and the flange are connected by binding, and the current carrying conductor is fixed at the end of the porcelain sleeve. When connected with the transformer, the transformer oil enters the porcelain bushing, and the transformer oil and the porcelain bushing form a high-voltage insulation.
